I have chosen the name we-ness as to stress that we are in this world together. We are dependent on one another. I can’t get it right by myself, neither can you. There is no Planet B if we fail.
Profit is meaningful only if it is sustainable. Most of us have an intrinsic but yet vague understanding of what sustainable means. However, in 2015 world leaders committed to the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. The agenda with its 17 goals and 169 targets gives us a shared global vision. That’s a good start!
By aligning to the 2030 Agenda companies, governments and other organisations provide their customers and employees with an additional value. That value will ensure loyal customers who come back and attract dedicated, professional staff. Part of that value is to contribute to a better world for us and for future generations.
